Digitalization of the Aftermarket Sector

The advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) has short-circuited the user experience to a more digital experience. Users now want the capabilities of online browsing and transactions or everything, including their vehicle ownership experience. This affects the conventional methods of booking vehicle service jobs, and the need to cope with faster operations turnaround to the benefit of the consumer.

Recognising this, MAI has develop several cloud applications that enhance the marketability of workshops, and enhancing consumer experience through the cloud management of workshop operations, from the point of order all the way to invoicing.
